Resilienz von Führungskräften & Organisationen
Charlotte Förster
Ich bin Juniorprofessorin für Europäisches Management an der Technischen Universität Chemnitz und befasse mich mit der Resilienz von Führungskräften und Organisationen. Aufbauend auf meiner Promotion an der Technischen Universität Dresden und meiner Arbeit an der Johannes Kepler Universität Linz befasse ich mich auch mit den Themen (positive) Führung, Krisenmanagement, Paradoxien, Achtsamkeit, dem Prozess des Sensemaking (dt. Sinnstiftung), kritischer Infrastruktur und hochzuverlässigen Organisationen (sog. High Reliability Organizations, HROs). Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt meiner Forschung liegt allerdings auf der Resilienz von und in (Gesundheits-)organisationen.
Basierend auf meiner Forschung berate ich auch zum Thema Resilienz und Resilienzaufbau im organisatorischen Kontext. Hierbei helfe ich die individuelle und organisatorische Resilienz zu erfassen, halte Vorträge zum Resilienzthema mit verschiedenen Schwerpunkten (z.B. Resilienz und Krisenmanagement, Resilienz im Gesundheitskontext) und biete Resilienztrainings für verschiedene Berufsgruppen an (z.B. Resilienz in der Pflege, Resilienz von Führungskräften).
